Scope of Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Software Development: Design, development, and deployment of software applications, including mobile and web-based solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Quality Assurance: Testing services to ensure functionality, security, and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Maintenance and Support: Ongoing bug fixes, updates, and improvements post-deployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Service Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Working Hours: Services will be available Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM &#8211; 6:00 PM (Egypt Cairo time), excluding public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Response Time: Initial responses to service inquiries within 24 hours during business hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Issue Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Priority 1 (Critical): Immediate action within 4 hours and resolution within 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Priority 2 (High): Response within 8 hours, resolution within 48 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Priority 3 (Medium): Response within 24 hours, resolution within 5 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Priority 4 (Low): Response within 48 hours, resolution within 10 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;5. Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Regular updates on project progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Completion of milestones as defined in the project roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Deployment of final product within agreed deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;6. Performance Metrics<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Uptime Guarantee: 99.5% for cloud-hosted solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Error Resolution: Bug fixes completed in line with issue priority categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Deployment Time: Deployment of features and fixes within 5-7 business days after final approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;7. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Provide timely feedback on deliverables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Supply all necessary data, resources, and information for development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Ensure prompt payments as per agreed terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;8. Confidentiality<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data throughout the project duration and thereafter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;9. Termination<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This agreement can be terminated by either party with 30 days&#8217; notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;10.
